Rayzes en concierto // Rayzes in concert

 Qué??? Qué no sabeis qué es Rayzes??? Ooooohhhhhh!!!!! Qué gran grupo de música os estais perdiendo!!!!

Rayzes es más que un simple grupo de amigos tocando juntos, más que guitarras y voces, más de música.... Es sentimiento, amor por la música, ideas, esperanza, corazón... es todo esto y mucho más.

Y ahora, en Junio, nos deleitarán con 2 conciertos en La Coruña.

Desde Cerillayfogón, queremos apoyarlos, y a todos los músicos que tienen un sueño y que están empezando sus carreras.

 Hoy vamos a hablar de un nuevo blog que Cerilla descubrió estos días.

Se trata de Recipelook, y es realmente original.Publican sus recetas con dibujos en lugar de fotos o texto, y esto es muy instructivo porque puedes ver en cada momento lo que tienes que hacer.

Además, publican recetas de otra gente, así que si te gusta cocinar y dibujar, o sólo cocinar, o sólo dibujar, intenta hacer un buen trabajo artístico y envíales tu creación.

Animo a todo el mundo a que visite su blog y lo disfrute.

Today, we´re going to talk about a new blog Cerilla discovered these days.

Its name is Recipelook and is really, really original. They publish their recipes with drawings instead of photos or text, and this is very instructive because you can see easily what you have to do.

Besides, they also publish other people´s recipes, so, if you like cooking and drawing, or only drawing, or only cooking, try to make a good artistic job and send them your creation.

I encourage everybody to visit their site and enjoi it.

Vino sin alcohol? si, por favor // Wine without alcohol? Yes, please

Ayer tomando una cerveza en una cafetería, vi una botella que me llamó la atención. Era de un vino sin alcohol. Se llama Elivo Zero Zero y está teniendo un gran éxito, tanto en Galicia, como en España y en el extranjero.

Se trata del primer vino sin alcohol elaborado en España y surgió por la necesidad de combinar la cultura del vino que hay en nuestro país con el cuidado de la salud. Lo produce la bodega Raising Dor y ya se exporta incluso a países árabes.

No lo he probado todavía, pero eso tendrá remedio pronto, seguro!!!!

Tienen una gama de productos interesante, entre la que podemos elegir, vinos blancos, tintos, espumosos, de baja graduación, sin alcohol, etc.... y con unos precios realmente asequibles para todo el mundo.

Los médicos recomiendan una copa de vino tinto con las comidas. Que mejor que un vino sin alcohol para cuidarnos y disfrutar al mismo tiempo?

Yesterday drinking beer in a bar, I saw a bottle that caught my attention. It was a wine without alcohol. Is called Elivo Zero Zero and is having a great success, not only in Galicia, but also in Spain and abroad.

This is the first alcohol-free wine produced in Spain and arose from the need to combine the culture of wine that exists in our country with health care. It´s produced by Raising Dor winery and it´s even exported to Arab countries.

I have not tried it yet, but that will remedy soon, for sure!!

They have an interesting range of products, among which we can choose, whites, reds, sparkling, low alcohol, no alcohol, etc .... and really affordable prices for everyone.

Doctors recommend a glass of red wine with meals. What better than a wine without alcohol to take care and have fun at the same time?

"Demasiada sal es mala para usted. Sabemos esto. Pero esta primavera, cuando un legislador de Estado de Nueva York propuso prohibirla en las cocinas de los restaurantes, mi primer impulso no era considerar las ventajas de tal ley; debía comenzar a hacer las maletas. Aunque la cuenta se riera rotundamente del establecimiento político, la mera sugerencia que "ningún dueño u cocinero de un restaurante en este estado usen la sal en cualquier forma en la preparación de cualquier alimento" era bastante para hacerme pensar brevemente en mudarme a Canadá.

"Too much salt is bad for you. We all know that. But this spring, when an obscure New York State legislator proposed banning it from restaurant kitchens, my first impulse wasn't to consider the benefits of such a law; it was to start packing. Though the bill was roundly laughed off by the political establishment, the mere suggestion that "no owner or operator of a restaurant in this state shall use salt in any form in the preparation of any food" was enough to make me think briefly about moving to Canada.

Hoy Cerilla, Hoy me cuelo yo "Guiso de Pavo" para comer.

Bueno queda entre nosotros, me acabo de colar en la cocina, mientras Fogón está trabajando y así no se entera, como me toca a mi hacer hoy la comida pues nada me cojo el recetario básico, no soy muy de complicarme. Y lo que más rabia le da todavía a Fogón, jaja, que interpreto las recetas a mi manera, jaja, no soy mucho de las reglas en la cocina.

Osea que os dejo un saludo y unos besos y me marcho a cortar el Pavo, las Cebollitas, Picar el Ajo, (tomarme una cerveza), preparar los Tomaticos y el vinico, y para rematar un pelín de Laurel y Aceitito para empezar a dorar el Pavo (y este que beba Agua). Sabéis que? paso de las patatas hoy toca a palo seco (ya se me ocurrirá algo).

Good it stays between us, I have just slipped in in the kitchen, while Fogón is working and this way she does not find out, since it touches me to do today the meal since not at all I catch the basic "recetario", i am not much of complicating me. And what more anger gives to Fogón, jaja, that interpreted the recipes to my way, jaja, I am not much of the rules in the kitchen.

Well that left to you a greeting and a few kisses and I leave to cutting the Turkey, the Cebollitas, Stinging the Garlic, (take a beer), to prepare the Tomaticos and the wine one, and to finish off a piece of Laurel and Aceitito to start gilding the Turkey (and this one that drinks Water). Do you know what? I go on from the potatoes today it touches to dry stick (something will occur already to me).
